Correcting Form 1

My Form 1 for my SBR went into problem status last week. I got the paperwork in the mail yesterday, and my box 4h was the problem. I had abbreviated my first and middle name.

What is the correct way to fix that...use some white-out and hand write in the correction? Find an old type writer and fix it that way?

Put a single line through the mistake, then put your initials next to the line. Write in the correct information.

That's why people should just leave 4h blank. No good comes from putting info in there.

Had the same problem with mine, and I did as proscribed above. Got my stamp about a week ago. Worked like a charm!
