IIRC, it's also not illegal to own/possess them in IL.
It's just not legal to carry them in public.

But, IANAL and your comfort level may vary.

    Maybe at a gun show?
If there are booths selling magazines, maybe they'd be interested in buying them?

Of course, that means they're going to try to buy them for a low amount, so they can turn around and sell them.

    Or sell them on here.
    But...
    BUT!...
You'd have to make sure you are following INGO rules for the classifieds.
    Such as..

    and picture required in post.
There are other rules, which is why it would be a good idea to read the rules.

I don't know of a law in Indiana restricting the selling of those mags...
But I don't know what Illinois laws say.

Also, so you understand your market. I'm 99.99% sure there is no difference between the mags that come with m&p 1 or 2.0. I have both guns, I've never seen a distinction between them, use all in both.

I live in Illinois and I'm stuck with 13 smith and Wesson m p 2.0 17rd magazines how can I sell them to residents in Indiana ?
Attached is a .pdf of the applicable IL statute. I recommend reading it carefully, especially the sections I've highlighted. I hope you find this helpful. Incidentally, while the state has limited mag capacity to 15 rounds, bear in mind that some home rule units (e.g., Cook County, Highland Park, Deerfield, Highwood, Oak Park) have ordinances restricting mag capacity to 10 rounds. Unfortunately, within their respective jurisdictions, those ordinances in fact supersede the state's 15 round capacity limit. While it's unlikely you'd be caught or prosecuted with the "high capacity" mags, I advise complying with local ordinances anyway. For instance, Cook County's prospective sentence could be as much as 6 months incarceration and a $10k fine.
