CZ 75 Compact Rear Sight

I am looking for an adjustable rear sight for my 75 compact. Does anyone have any recomendations? I plan on using this gun for target shooting mainly as i have a G26 as my EDC.

LPA from CZ's website, maybe?

Make sure it is specific to the compact.

A little story on my LPA rear sight:

I have one on my RAMI, but according to a gunsmith, the dovetail cut is different than on my 75b's. I wanted to swap them but could not do it correctly.

I really do not like the LPA for carrying - but that's what my RAMI is for. So I either have to buy a completely different sight set-up, or modify a rear slide of a pre-B. The LPA is snaggy, and that's not really suitable for my iwb carry of the RAMI.
