Phenomenal! As someone who carries in the District, this has been a pain in my ass.
Maximum mag size was 10 rounds. But if you carry one in the chamber (I do) that means one of your mags could only have 9 rounds. WTH?

Now, what to do with 2x ten round mags? Hmmm...sell them to someone in California?
