I open carry in an OWB holster - but its usually under a jacket of some sort unless I'm at a residence.

I assume an OWB holster under a jacket is still considered "concealed", correct?

My Fobus paddle holster is advertised as "concealed", though I have no idea how. Bulky sweater and a jacket, and then maybe!

But, yes, a jacket would be sufficient to be "concealed".

I carry in a Fobus or a leather IWB holster. The Fobus works great under a sweathshirt or button-down shirt not tucked in.

I think as long as it is not seen by the casual observer, then it's CC.

As long as it's chilly I'm mostly wearing a jacket in public, but I have no illusions about how 'concealed' the gun is.
