We are living in an economically depraved world of frustration.

Tensions are high. People are wound tight as a coiled spring ready to sprung at any hints of slight.

Even the nature seems to express its anger wreaking havoc on the world by way of frequent earth quakes, storms, and Tsunami.

Why don't we relax a little?
    Smile more often!
Know that everyday above the ground is a better day.

    I needed to say this.;)

Agreed. The part that makes it worse is that there is no leadership or end in site. Its bad enough treading water, but when you see no boats or land, it just makes it that much harder to not panic.

I am 51 years old. I was just a wee lad when JFK, MLK and RFK were assassinated. I lived through Vietnam and the Cold War. I served 26 years through the end of the Carter fiasco, Reaganomics and the Clinton anti-military years. I remember the Sandanistas and the Ayatollah. Spent time in both neighborhoods and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I guess there has always been turmoil and uncertainty. What gets me is that for the very first time, and maybe I am naive, I feel like the enemy is our own government. I believe that the reason for the maxed anxiety levels in our society today is that the enemy is us. How to you defend when the bad guys wear suits and pass the laws?

People seem to be at each others throats lately.

Normally I'd dismiss it all as a full moon or pms, but it seems like a constant thing.
