    My SIL sent down some dry rub she got from a chef she works with. It smelled good so I decided to fire up the Weber grill and see if I could do it justice. Around two hours of indirect heat/smoke and the pork loin roast was ready. Double wrapped in foil and then a towel it's resting in a cooler while the whole baked sweet potatoes are in the oven. A little corn on the cob will round out the meal.

    You don't have to use a smoker to get good results! Sometimes a grill will work just fine.

    I grilled (over wood) chicken, corn and onions for dinner. For desert I quartered white nectarines, brushed with melted butter, sprinkled them with cinnamon and grilled them too. It was a great dinner but I didn't get any pics....
