Dogs can detect ALL kinds of things that humans can't. Detecting the chemical changes that the body goes through due to something like cancer wouldn't surprise me at all

I've heard of this a couple years ago. Heard about dogs that can sense seizures and diabetic issues too.

There are dogs in use that smell low blood sugar in unaware diabetics. Just read an article on it last week.
