I cant tell by the pictures, but Im assuming this has the sliding jacks that can raise the vehicle of the ramp to remove tires?

Yes, it does have one sliding jack. Which was a $500 add-on new. It also has a sliding jack tray for bottle jacks and such. Works great to hold some tools and parts while working on something.
