    Long story short I've gotten the itch to keep my EDC, work knife and would like to sharpen the kitchen knives using a sharpening stone. I can get the straight edge quite sharp fairly consistently, even maintain the angle on the blade. But where I have issues is when the blade starts to curve to the tip. Any advice or youtube videos that can set me on the path to righteousness?
