    Dad and mom are getting up in years both have problems with wrists and hands. They like sharp knives and I'm not always around when it needs to be done.
    Is there a good electric knife sharpener that will do both hunting, and kitchen knifes and under $100?

    The Chefs Choice three stage is hard to beat for sharpening. Not sure current cost but $100-$150ish…

    As I looked for a link I found that the electric and manual Chefs Choice are Consumer Reports winners…

    I can second this. I have the version just below the ken onion. It works pretty good, even the wife can use it.

    another vote for this. watch a few YouTube tutorials and practice on something before the nice ones. Just don't do it inside on the kitchen table, it's pretty dusty. :ugh:
