John & Vicki will be in Bloomington, IL August 23-24 and are offering an Advanced Handgun course, as well as a women's basic course.

We will not be offering an Advanced course next year in Rochester, IN, so anyone who wants to pick it up may find this to be the most convenient time and venue.

DTI Basic pistol course is required to attend the Advanced.

The women's course is open to all ladies interested.

    The contact for Bloomington is:

    Bob Houzenga
    bob@midwesttraininggroup.net

The course will be held at Darnalls Range in Bloomington, IL:
    http://www.darnalls.com/

There will be a night shoot.

A women-only course, or vacation? These classes usually run around $500, don't they?

In all honesty, I don't know the price of this one, but I'm assuming it is somewhere around that cost.

If you contact Bob I'm sure he has the details - but he may not be hip to the addition of the women's course. I spoke with Vicki last night and she indicated that she had a couple of women interested in training with her there, so she's added it.

If you're looking for a women-only course with one of the greats, Vicki's class doesn't get much better. :)

John & Vicki Farnam are among the very best in the business. I recommend them without reservation. They have some excellent assistants as well. Their curriculum is geared to what actually works to help you emerge from bad situations intact and healthy, including some really useful techniques for stopping potentially troublesome (or worse) encounters before they can escalate.

Glock21 ... I'm planning on Farnamizing myself next spring in Rochester.
