Field Stripping a M-14

Does any one know of a web site that I can view the field stripping of a Military m 14 rifle.

I know it is very similar to a M1 Gurand.

I would really like to see how the full Automatic is incorporated.

No...but the Springfield M1A is the same rifle without the select fire capability.
