Anyway, I see a lot of adoptions (every monday at the place I work) and I volunteer every year to do Adoptions Day at The Park!! It's such a great experience to see all of these kids going to good homes. Rep coming!

It is so encouraging to hear that this worked out.

We know a couple that had their overseas adoption shut down about 90% of the way through the process, due to new US adoption law. It is killing them inside that their babies are stuck in an orphanage half way around the world.

I do remember your story! Sorry that the circumstances suck, but congrats on the adoption and for doing the right thing for your granddaughter! Unfortunately this type of situation is become more and more common.
