    So after a boatload of research and input from friends and a few of you on here, I've finally settled on a Para Ordnance Lightweight Commander. Should be picking her up sometime next week. I'll grab some picks once I pick her up.

    Congratulations on the new 1911, I've never owned a para, but 1911's are addictive. You either love'em or you don't. I've owned several and currently have 4 colts, 2 full size, a light weight commander and a defender.
    Be careful not to give it an "idiot scratch"!

    Congrats! I have an old Colt Combat Elite that I actually haven't shot in some time. Better give it some attention.:)
