    Just because you can buy it doesn't make it legal. It makes ATFs job a whole lot easier when people talk about commiting felonies publicly.

    That's interesting. Not that I would ever actually do what I said above, but I seem to recall quite a few videos on YouTube and even a few threads here with folk having some "fun" in the country with tannerite.

    I would be very interested in hearing about the proposed "felony" myself. If I'm wrong, hey, I'm wrong.

    Exploding a container of Tannerite is certainly legal. For now. However, loading a lead slug with an explosive compound of any kind, as can be done with the Firequest product, will land you in the hot seat.
