Filling out my first form1

Is the area under the spot for the photo, for finger printing?

Please be patient with me I am going to have a ton of questions for you guy's.

Here is what started it for me. Noveske 10.5''.

It's supposed to be left blank. Fingerprinting is to be done on the blue FBI 258 cards. Local sheriff probably has them available.

I don't have a lower yet, thinking of going with Spike's Tactical Enhanced version or just waiting for a Noveske.

Do I need the lower to submit the form 1?, guessing I do. Also do I need to do the Form in duplicate as well as fp cards?.

I relly should stick with knives theese things are confusing.

Yes you need the lower for the serial number / maker info.

Little bit more added. I need to get a different mount, so the sight's co-witness with the AimPoint but overall it starting to take shape.

Quick question:

Section h on the form1, where it asks for additional description.

Do I put all the markings down on the receiver, and do I include how my name and location will appear?

I used that box to denote my name and location, and had sp3worker engrave it how I had it on the form.

Other markings, such as manufacturer, location made, and caliber are already listed on other parts of the form.
