"Social experiment" conducted by some liberal studying the feasibility of a voluntary wealth redistribution economic model relying on the assumption of the generosity/gullibility of others during a prolonged economic downturn, or as it has otherwise been described by economic giants such as Christina Romer, a jobless recovery.
