So I took a trip to the local Gander Mountain to see if they had any camping gear on clearance today, I was out pretty early doing my "Honey to do list"
so I arrived pretty much right when they open 9am.
HOLY CRAP! The store was already packed!!
Well the store looked pretty empty except for the gun counter where there were at least 30 people gathered!!
So I understand they get deliveries every Thursday and man were people waiting...a couple people walked out with AR's, some HK MP5 .22's-ammo was flying off the shelf especially the .22's!!
It looked like a Vera Bradley show-except there weren't any women fighting over bags, just a bunch of men waiting for guns and ammo!!
Dont know if anyone made it there, but Damn!!!!
Funny thing is I have been looking for the Ruger SR1911, nobody has had one!! Gander sure did, but it didnt seem like anyone was really interested in the 1911's!! Didnt want to wait, but the sticker price was $799 if anyone is interested.
