That might be due to the fact that it was dismissed. I had no trouble on the reissue of my permit. I can produce a order for return of property signed by a judge. It states date of arrest 8/22/2013 and the order is dated 9/3/2015.
Don't mind the skepticism , you don't know how many times we have heard "yea, I bet you didn't do anything". It's the same old stuff some find it hard to believe that a gun owner would have the sense to keep his weapon holstered.
