If it wasn't mentioned, Graf has a very good sale on certain primers, with CCI small pistol being $115 a sleeve ($23/1000).

That's about as cheap as you are going to buy them, what kills is the Haz mat fee!

I think the rules have changed to allow this, but now you can ship primers and powder under the same hazmat fee, so if you get a couple sleeves of primers and several pounds of powder, the hazmat fee per item is smaller and you can save a buck. If you only buy 1 lb of powder at a time and/or only 1000 primers, the cost is really high.
