I saw a thread by redneckmedic from way back when about deer processing. Can any of you tell me of he is still processing?
If no, know any small processors you recommend?
If it was cooler out I would probably do myself.

I can, nothing special (like summer sausage) jerky is $25/ gal bag. Fee $90 I can price drop to $75 if wants to grind his own burger.
