having a foundation certified on a modular home?

We have an accepted offer on a modular home and are now in the inspection process. Home inspection is taken care of but we need to have the foundation inspected and certified. Home is just east of greenfield in Rush County in Carthage. Are there any licensed engineers on ingo that can do the certification? Or does anybody have a guy that does it?

Your realtor should know a guy....if you're using a Realtor.

Unfortunately it is our realtors first time dealing with a modular. His inspector is not a licensed engineer. The inspector gave me the number of a guy but he hasn't answered or returned my call so I am looking at other options.
