    Welcome.

I spent 20 of my youth years on Elizabeth Bay, Manitoulin Island, Ont. Canada will always have a special place in my memories.

I feel a close relationship with Canada, for I was born two miles away from their southern border in Detroit. Heck as a kid we only had 3 US TV channels, (2CBS/4NBC/7ABC) and an x-tra (9CKLW) from Windsor Ontario.

    Good day Hoser! :-)

I just visited Vancouver in September.
We spent most of our time in the city.
Went up on Grouse Mountain to go to the restaurant there.
Took a tour of the city.
Saw the totem poles and even went to the museum at the University.

I would like to have gotten out of the city and into the surrounding wilderness, though.
I tell my friends now that Canada is so wild that even the fish have a mouth full of sharp pointy teeth.
