    You where warned.
I have a problem.I discovered Tumblr food sites like Noms In My Tums.
Great looking food with recipes.I found myself making grocery lists based or pictures and recipes I have found.
Mind you this is a new thing for me,and I am sure at some point it will wear off.
Now the question. How can I keep from gaining 200 pounds between now and then?

I'm an American, not Hungarian, so I enjoyed the pics.
    One tomato cut and grilled.
    Some crushed garlic(saute in butter).
Topped with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
Bacon...and a sprinkle of hot peppers.

Haha, I see what you did there!!!

FWIW, how to enjoy good food without gaining weight? It takes a LOT of self-control. Your primary limiter on calorie intake is NOT the type of food, it is the quantity of food. If you can control your urges, you control portion size, and thus calorie intake.

    Could be anywhere
I know this pic stinks but this is my ultimate bacon cheese burger.

Take a low flat bottomed 1C measuring cup and fill it with seasoned beef. Use a 1/3 cup matched to the set and depress the center of the 1C of beef. Fill with your favorite cheese. Make a burger patty and put it on top sealing all the cheese inside. Make a star out of about 6 slices of bacon and put the burger in the middle, wrap them all over the top and secure with a toothpick.

I like to grill it on my Holland Grill, takes about 20min.

I season with salt, red pepper, cumin or whatever else comes to mind.

I was a little slow this morning. Now that I had a dose of caffeine it is pretty clear the warning should be those who are hungry lol.I would like to thank Hungarians though for Csabai sausage(which oddly is available at an Italian Deli in Duluth imported from Hungary).Num

If the Soviets hadn't screwed up Hungary, the world would have even more truly excellent cuisine.
