I have a small ceramic blade kitchen knife that has been subjected to the torture testing of the wife.
I thought I would touch up the edge on Sunday and grabbed my diamond sharpener. No such luck. It seems like it got a little bit better but couldn't get a shaving sharp edge back on it.
I wonder if my diamond sharpener is too course? Anyone have any tips on sharpening these blades?
(I am very proficient at sharpening traditional steel blades, FWIW)
