I just picked one up at the Lafayette show last weekend. This is the first one I have seen so I would like to know some info if anyone knows.
The rifle has a 1912 date with a Hex receiver and looks like it has never been fired.
If anyone would know approxamatly what the value would be, and any other info I would appreciate it.

    Thank you
    Terry

I'd say it's not particularly rare. In fact, I see more 91/59's on the market now than M38's.

Off hand, I would say a starting price would be $300-$400. Condition dependent, of course.

$200 on the low side. You probably could get over $300 on GunBroker for it. But take it out and shoot it first. I've found my 91/59 has the mosin sticky bolt problem.
