AK vs. SKS, it doesn't matter, the AR wins! Isn't there a smilie that is stirring the pot?

I see a heated SKS / AK47 debate about to begin :dunno:

    ...

I often get teased at work for being "the guy that likes the Russian junk." Yes, I'm the AK guy at work...

This thread is not about that though. It's just about high-speed footage of a rifle. My suggestion is to use your energy, otherwise spent on arguing superiority of a particular weapon system, posting more high-speed video of other rifles! ...because it's cool. :D

Pretty please :ingo: with sugar on top??!!

I have the Yugo SKS great weapon, next is the AR-15. Looking now and have many hours looking (shopping) , just need a few more pointers. I like the A2 stock, dont need the short stock.

What interests me in these videos is the shock wave traveling down the barrel after the bolt has cycled. The force of the shock traveling down the length of the barrel is fascinating.

I don't care about the SKS, AK, or AR debate. The shock wave is really intriguing to see. Of course I knew it was there and had to be, but I have never been able to view it.

The one of the m44 fireballs is amazing.I like how you can see the barrel move because of the force of the round/pressure.
