    Seriously, this would be a really bad idea. You may be able to tweak people up a bit, but if you make them too smart for example, they may decide the orders they're expected to obey are wrong, then realize perhaps they're the ones that should be giving the orders. You'd most likely wind up with a super race running around causing all kinds of trouble. A super soldier with a bad attitude could ruin a lot of peoples' day.

    This is a problem.
    We as civilians already can't compete with military hardware, our less-effective weapons are being black-listed, and soon we'll be hucking arrows at super soldiers.

    Fan-freaking-tastic.
    It's a big problem. We can do things like this, however. we can't cure, what are becoming, common illness's. Go figure. We don't need new ways to kill people. We need new way's to keep them alive, and working. After all, we need the tax money!
