Won an auction for S&W 3900 series grips and when I received the package today noticed the grip screws and mainspring retainer were missing. Went back to check the ad to be sure I read what I read and it said new in package. I opened a case with them and hope to get a partial refund.
In the mean time called Hogue hoping they could send me the parts free of charge. Was on the phone for less than 2 min when I got an American on the other end. I described my situation and she asked for my address. She told me they would send them out right away. I told her thanks and am now a loyal customer for all my grip needs.
