I'm relatively new here, but I thought I would share one of my very own creations just to see how it is recieved.
This is a hidden tang hunter with a hickory handle, a white spacer, and a piece of walnut in front of a tool steel guard. The blade is cpm154 stainless steel. The overall length is about 11 inches.

So what do you guys think?

Thanks for your kind words guys, it helps to know I'm on the right track.

Yes, I do the leather work as well.
    I am using a home made KMG style 2" x 72" belt grinder as well as a 2" x 42" belt grinder...& a 6" disk grinder.

Joe...we do need to get together one of these days. It's been a long time coming.
