    I make edged cutting devices out of 6 - 4 titanium. No leather but I will probably make kydex / concealex sheaths at so point. I have forged metal for my ex-job as a millwright but it was limited to parts making or fixing. I am not an official old dude yet but considered disabled by GM standards.

    They are sold as soon as I make them. I made a push dagger for a friend that works as a jack booted thug for George W. as he wanted to see if my crap that I make would set off a metal detector. It does not. No metal it anywhere even with the small amount of carbide I put on the flat side using electrolysis method (basically an electric engraver that has been modified to use the electricity to spark the carbide bit onto the surface). I don't do set patterns of knives like some makers. I make what makes me happy as I couldn't care less if I sell them. Back in 2010 I sold a bunch at Blade Show down in Georgia. I'll see if I have any laying around the shop...I found some!
