So PSA has a weekend special of 50% off upper build kits and seems in stock. I don't do upper builds, so not sure of regular pricing pre-panic, but hopefully they will be having more product in stock and the weekend specials will come back.

PSA has been doing good as of lately with stocking parts. Got a LPK and a stripped lower from them over the past couple of weeks.
