    Hey, better late than never and for whatever the reason. I would imagine the places that want to ban civilians buying hollow points just may have been a motivator (People seem to expect to pay more for HPs, at some point, ball ammo will go down). Or they might be staunch 2A supporters. Either way, kudos.
