I thought we killed Constitutional Carry because LE would lose the fees? I assume we will kill this for the same reason?
Get everyone on board, then in 2020 or 2021 go for ConC because the LTCH program is not a good use of scarce resources. I'm a bit too cynical to think that will happen... without a lot of help. And converted Fudds.

The bill started out as a constitutional carry bill. Then Bosma baited-and-switched it with this, rather poor consolation prize.

Cynicism in me - where has everyone been? - we've been all over this ... for over a month ...

Welcome to the Show ... or tag so I can find this if I need to.

The repugnant infringement remains even if the license fees are removed. The prohibition on handgun carry must be repealed.

    Where's my refund?

    No refunds ... LOL

On the plus side you will still have a permit if you are in a different state.

No one is taking any LTCH's away - ...

Okay, so it now costs me nothing to apply for a carry permit? There's no other fees or anything else?
    Pardon my ignorance.

Nothing has changed yet ... and it might not this session (odd are NOT in our favor)
