How did I do? CZ52

Picked up a CZ52 the other day, came with two mags (one still sealed) holster and cleaning rod for 200 hundred. Everything is in good shape. Good, Bad, Average deal?

Stay away from the Bulgarian ammo if possible. It's most likely to blow up your gun since it is very hot stuff.

Good buy, heavy trigger pull @ 8 to 10 pounds. Better start looking for ammunition for it. 7.62×25mm Tokarev

Good to go. I know somebody made/still makes hollow points for the Tokarev round.

Don't dry fire it! I hope the firing pin is in good shape. Dry firing on the original firing pins is NOT good. Also, be sure it's clean inside and out. Corrosive ammo will eat that thing up if you don't keep it clean.

^^^ This. They sell replacement firing pins that are ok to dry-fire. The originals were too hard or too soft if I remember correctly. I think Czechpoint sold those firing pins.

I researched It a little and I made sure to ask him about the firing pin and he said it was good. I was going over it figuring out the functions and accidently dry fired it, so hopefully its all good. Ill look into replacements. One thing I can tell already, I dont like the mag release on it.
