How do I figure out what kind of slide cut this is?

New to me G30 that has had the slide cut. It is not a factory MOS. My Vortex Venom is too long so is my Trijicon RM07 (trijicon is just barely too long. It’s not the posts holding it up. It doesn’t fit in the cutout). How do I figure out what will direct fit or what adapter plate to get?

Worst case, take it to your LGS that has a good selection of optics. A good LGS will happily help you figure out what is going to fit.

Its worth paying that brick and mortar a slight premium over online for that extra level of service.

Optics Trade has the footprints. You'll need a set of calipers to measure. Usually the dimensions are in metric.
