I think there is a website but I can't think of it at this time...... :dunno:

There is not a registration in Indiana and they would not show up as stolen unless they were reported with serial numbers anyhow.

Why the concern....... is he slim shady?

Did you report the letters that were stolen from your keyboard?

Tried to rep you for that...guess I hafta spread it around a little.

If you are questioning the guns don't waste your time.Obviously you think something is not right if you are worried about buying them.

Personally, I know a couple LEO's and would just ask them to run it if I didn't know the seller or there was even the slightest doubt in my mind, but by ignoring it...I may end up missing a good deal.`

Why not go through an LEO for a check?
If its clean, there's no record of people/owners/buyers.
If its not, which is something you suspect, then the gun is off the streets and not in the 'wrong' hands that may use it to hurt 'our' families...

As someone already said, to good to be true usually means it's to good to be true.

    Stay safe

you do know you can ask a police officer at your local station to check, if it is and you turn it in, you generally will not be in a lot of trouble, but be prepared for them to ask where you got it at. keep in mind that if it is you should put your self in the person it was stolen off of's position. no responsible gun owner would ever purchase a firearm he thought may be stolen, and if he did he would have it checked out. i usually do this when i purchase firearms from a gun-show. i wish who ever has my stolen gun would turn it in :( but i can keep dreaming i guess.
