$2000 in damage to a car isn't all that much anymore. Negative imaging and yet the guy says he'll miss three weeks of work and is planning to sue?! It's cute that he got a neck collar out of the deal too. I'd say 0.5% of my whiplash patients get one of those, and never on day one. It's the next day when the spasm gets bad.

i think he's expecting to retire, not just miss three weeks of work.

Dunno, I got rear ended once and the spasm started getting pretty intense within a couple of hours. Still didn't get a neck brace, though, but then I wasn't suing anyone.

I saw a minor fender bender in beech grove the other day. Car in front not hit hard at all. No damage. Woman in pos car claiming neck injury. Mmmmhhhmmmmm gold digger I thought as I went by.
