Improving P238 trigger?

Are there any drop in triggers/springs etc I can install to make the wife’s P238 have a 4-5lb trigger pull?

No. But, polishing and stoning the hammer and sear can drastically reduce trigger pull and creep. I've done several here recently. I was surprised to see most of the factory trigger specs were anywhere from 6 to 8 lbs consistently. I've been getting them down to the 3 to 4 range.
