    Where's the bacon?
How many Riflemen got hammered out today?

Lafayette had FOUR, including one of our own INGOers!

I was proud to shake the hand of ATM and hand him his patch.

I would also like to note that he celebrated in true INGO fashion, a short while later:

He made sure that I saw him eating bacon. :bacondance: :rockwoot:

    More shooting tomorrow!

    Blessings,
    Bill

    ATM,

    Congratulations! Welcome to the corps!

Evnasville picked up some, no word from Wabash yet, Cloverdale had a good group and if the rain doesn't turn torrential we should see some later today.

New Instructors came on board as well!

Few great reports drifting in from around the country...

Thanks! Today brought 5 more at Lafayette IIRC and a few more IITs. I raised my hand as well and even got to call the line commands for an AQT.

I am glad there was not a lake nearby after one of my scores early in the day.;)

It rained, we shot... our heritage (and bacon) was shared. Does it get any better?

    Appleseed is awesome!:rockwoot:

ETA: Did I mention that this was a fantastic new private range which is going to host more shoots? Did I give kudos to the instructors and those in training? Well I should have. Fine job Bill!

    Huzzah, Huzzah, Huzzah!

ATM, we don't waste any time after the orange hat goes on!

I am still trying to put together a summary post just for Indiana. Nationwide we had more than 1800 pre-registrations so there are that many stories out there. We plugged INGO at the Cloverdale shoot.

No new Riflemen today at Cloverdale, some very close but did not quite make it over the hump. Those 200+ scores are heartbraking...

Full Appleseed next weekend at Riley near Terre Haute, Auburn May 16-17 and a mini-Appleseed back at Cloverdale on May 30.

Congrats to all who have made rifleman.

Update I have a lead on a 10-22 with multiple (50 round?) mags for CHEAP

I am going to try to get to the Riley shoot in July, this one interferes with Turkey season.

Congrats ATM.. :yesway: I wanted to attend this weekend but could not. I have my rifle ready to go and hope to make the next one. If nothing else I will have a little more time to familiarize myself with the new rifle before going out to be scored. ^5...:rockwoot:

Who makes 50rd mags for 10/22s? Time to go looking!

Yes, Lafayette had NINE Riflemen(and women) total, and NINE IITs (we had one who had already scored Rifleman last October and one who didn't choose to IIT) I am very, very pleased!

This program really is great! If the landowner gets as many full Appleseeds as he intends, I just may have my Red Hat by the end of the year.

(Appleseed Instructor sweatshirt... I'm just trying the quote on for size. For now. ;) )
