It’s OK! He suffered from an underprivileged childhood. He was bullied at school. He suffers from identity dysphoria. He was repressed all his childhood. He hears strange voices. He suffers various allergy phenomena.
In order to rehabilitate him the State will pay for his cot and three meals. Provide him with medical care and unlimited psychiatric care. Provide sociological therapy. Provide care to satisfy his identification issues. Provide educational opportunities. Etc.
All of which will be a tremendous wastes of time, effort and money.
All because liberals ignore reality in search of their utopia. :toilet2:

    Two things….
    First he’s from Bloomington!
Second thing is he should just go to one of the cities that allows criminals to just walk in and grab what they want without paying and get away Scott free. Just walk in, grab a bunch of keys and see which one works. I’d love a new Caymen or 911!

Why isn't there a charge for writing the checks?

Isn't there some kind of fraud associated with that?

Depends, but probably. An actual "fake check" vs a real check written for an amount he doesn't have would be different things. If it is the second and the business didn't accept it, you'd be left with maybe attempt to commit theft by deception (or whatever the state equivalent is).

My *guess* is the juice wasn't worth the squeeze, particularly if the dealership didn't want to deal with sending their employees to court, etc, and the trespass arrest was just to make the problem go away.

Ah, Porsche is one of the most valuable car companies on the planet worth billions and billions of dollars.
Porsche, there is no substitute! :wavey:
