May 17, 2015 - We The People Gun Range
    Registration: 8:30am - 9:45am
    Shooters' Meeting: 9:45am
Flag Presentation, National Anthem 10:00 a.m. , Match immediately following
Stages: 5 (6th stage depending on shooter count)
    RULES: Indiana Multi-Gun Rules
MATCH FEE: $25 Adult, $15 Youth
    Map: We The People

There is no setup for this match. The range will provide all set up and tear down.
Reset for each stage will be performed by The Navy Sea Cadets out of Batesville, IN.

    Approximate Minimum Round count:
    Rifle – 100
    Handgun - 100
    Birdshot – 100
    SLUGS - 5

I recommend that you bring double the numbers above for the ammo that you bring to the match. You can always take ammo back home with you, but running out at the match is a bummer!

We The People will have 5 challenging stages, with a 6th standby stage depending on # of shooters. You can expect rifle out to 225 yards, pistol out to 25 yards, A VERY challenging shotgun stage into the woods with elevation change, slug shot expected to be approx. 25 - 50 yds, expect to shoot prone at least twice, plan on getting dirty !
Food will be available, Vendors on site (food, ammo, gear, custom ear plugs, knife sharpening) please have cash, NO Shooter reset (volunteers), Static RO's at stages.
HWY 240 will be closed for construction. Travel to Greencastle via Hwy 231 from North or South. Walnut St. (Walnut Creek Rd.) is a beautiful, but VERY curvy and hilly road, please use caution. The range is 8.5 miles west of downtown Greencastle on Walnut at C.R. 850. There will be plenty of banners indicating arrival

We The People will use Steel for majority of targets, with enough paper added in to exercise your DoubleTap trigger finger !

We The People Gun Range is located in the middle of God's country, we don't worry about no stinkin' trains coming by, just the occasional farm implement!

Look forward to seeing you all on May 17th

NOTE: that all matches at Hillside, ACC, Wildcat Valley, NPCCC, South Central, and We The People are conducted under a COLD RANGE as per USPSA rules. All guns must be either holstered (or bagged) at all times, unloaded, hammer down, with no magazine inserted. Long guns should remain bagged, or in a rack with an open action, and/or an "empty chamber indicator" (flag) in place. It is the shooter's responsibility to ensure that the muzzle of any gun is never pointed in an unsafe direction. You may only handle your gun only at the direction of the range officer (RO), or in the designated "safe areas." You may not handle any ammunition or loaded magazines in the safe areas. Violation of these or any other safety rules shall result in a match disqualification.

Looks like it could rain this weekend. What are the normal procedures for rainy days, just incase? I'd hate to make the 3hr drive only for it to get rained out.

Absolutely outstanding match! Couldn't ask for a nicer group of people to shoot with. Can't even express my gratitude in words. Just awesome. Thank you to everyone who helped put it together.

Long day and not having pasters was rough. But the stages were extremely fun! Thank you to everyone that made the match possible!
