Interesting OLD article I read on the National Firearms Act

I found this article on a website. Apparently it was taken from a book called "Unintended Consequences" by John Ross.

It is an article by some Econ. professor. It's from the mid 70's.

The "article" is fictitious; "Henry Bowman" and "Professor Nelson" are characters in Ross' book. Still a good read, though.
