Real tragedy in Cowboys apparent DUI death -- It was preventable - NFL News | FOX Sports on MSN

So, in light of this tragedy and since both were so quick to advocate gun control last week, will we see them advocating making mixing alcohol and driving illegal?

Oh wait, it already is? Then how did this happen?

Do we need now to ban cars and alcohol separately?

"But here is what I believe. If" Josh Brent "didn't possess" alcohol and a vehicle...Jerry Brown "would" "be alive today."

[yeah, right. It is already against the law to mix the two and this still happened.]

Or ban vehicles and alcohol...separately? I mean, if there were no cars, this wouldn't have happened. If there was prohibition, nobody would have access to alcohol! Remember, it worked once before!

In this case they will say that Josh Brent made a bad decision and it was an "accident". In the case of Javon Belcher, it was the evil firearm (apparently by just existing) that caused the event.
