It is hard to pass up jobs but most people I know that have left school to make money usually don't end up going back to finish their degree. I've had some job leads I've had to turn down to finish school. Hard decision to make but unless you're really hurting for money, I think it is the best choice to finish the degree.

I seriously considered considering dropping out of college kind of between my 3rd and 4th year (of 5...). I thought I'd "go home" and work in a factory for a while as a break from school, earn some money, then go back later.

The more I thought about it, the more I realized that if I quit - I'd not go back. I gutted it out and finished. I'm glad I did.

You made one heck of a mature decision, OP. Kudos.
