Wait, WTF. Did a few of those kids have toy Garands? What the heck! When I played Bobby Bulgarian rushing NATO tank divisions in the fields outisde of my childhood home, I had to pretty much hand carve my RPK!! (yeah, at least I thought it was cool until my friend had a Dragon anti-tank rocket made of a single PVC pipe) These little 60's punks had Garand toys? Gentle society sucks!
