I have eaten sardines for years, always buying the cheap ones thinking, "How much difference can there be in canned fish? "

Boy was i wrong! King Oscar Mediterranean style small sardines are excellent. Nicely spiced in real olive oil. Packed in Poland. No mustard needed. Well worth the extra per can.:rockwoot:

I developed a taste for them during Desert Shield/Storm. I received them in a care package along with cigars and the like. All I can say, "...don't ruin a good cigar by eating the sardines right before"! Just thought I would throw in my one and half cent worth.

There is a huge difference in sardines. Some of them seem to use way too big of a fish... they are really fishy tasting and the bones become noticeable.
