I don't think I've seen a Hi-point at Ks+e. They maybe do/did have them, but I really don't think I've noticed them.
The cheapest guns I've seen there were the SKKY/SCCY 9mm for something like $149 or $249. There are probably others that I didn't notice, but not a hi point.
