Had a great experice with the CMP store. I ordered their entry level cloth shooting coat, due to my heighted intrest in Service Rifle compettion. ordered it on 10/11, arrived Fed Ex ground on monday 10/18. And when I opend up the box there it was a brand new blue lefthanded shooting coat! Only I ordered a Right handed coat since I'm right handed. I immediatly called the store and was put on hold for several minutes. So I decided to E-mail them about the error, and asked what I needed to do to return the lefty and get a righty. Tuesday mornig I check my E-mail around 10 AM, and there was a message that they were sorry for the mix up and that a right handed coat was being overnighted to me with a return label so I could return the lefty. And sure enough when I arrived home from shooting at Crosley today, there was my correct coat waiting for me on my door step. Now that's what customer service should be!
